At Spiror, we are committed to delivering your new shed to you as efficiently and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding delivery times, costs, and procedures.


1. Processing Your Order

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). This does not include transit time.
  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 8:00 PM EST on a business day, or anytime on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your shed arrives safely. The specific carrier used will depend on the size and weight of your order, as well as your delivery location.
  • Estimated Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 14-18 business days for most locations within the contiguous USA. Please note that delivery to remote areas may take longer.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
  • Unexpected Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, please understand that shipping carriers may experience unforeseen delays due to weather, high volume, or other external factors. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Option A (Free Shipping): We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all shed orders within the contiguous USA.
  • Expedited Shipping: At this time, we do not offer expedited or express shipping options for sheds due to their size and weight.

4. Delivery Procedures

  • Residential Deliveries: Sheds are typically delivered curbside. This means the delivery driver will bring the package to the curb of your property. It will be your responsibility to move the shed from the curb to its desired location.
  • Assistance with Delivery: Drivers are generally not able to assist with bringing the shed inside your home or backyard. We recommend having assistance available at the time of delivery, especially for larger or heavier shed models.
  • Inspection Upon Delivery: IMPORTANT: Please inspect your package thoroughly upon arrival.
    • If you notice any significant damage to the packaging or suspect damage to the shed itself, note it on the delivery receipt before signing, and if possible, take photos.
    • If you refuse delivery due to damage, please contact us immediately.
  • Missed Deliveries: If you miss a scheduled delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for pickup at their local facility. Additional charges for redelivery may apply.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
