Q8: How long will it take for my shed to arrive? A: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 14-18 business days for most locations within the contiguous USA. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Q9: How will my shed be delivered? A: Sheds are generally delivered curbside. This means the carrier will bring the package to the curb of your property. It will be your responsibility to move the shed from the curb to its final desired location. We recommend having assistance available, especially for larger models.
Q10: What should I do if my shed arrives damaged? A: Please inspect your package thoroughly upon arrival. If you notice any significant damage to the packaging or suspect damage to the shed itself, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and take clear photos. Contact our customer service team immediately (within 48 hours of delivery is highly recommended) so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.
