Assembly Assistance:
- Detailed Instructions: All our sheds come with comprehensive assembly instructions.
- Support & Tips: If you need help during assembly or have questions about specific steps, our customer service team can provide guidance and smart assembly tips.
- Instructional Videos (if applicable): For select products, we may also offer instructional videos to further assist with assembly.
Warranty Coverage:
- We offer a 1-year free coverage for manufacturer defects from the date of purchase.
- This warranty ensures that if your product experiences any manufacturing faults, we will work to fix or replace the affected parts at no extra cost to you.
- Please note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, accidents, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Replacement Parts:
- In the event of manufacturing defects or shipping damage (reported within 48 hours of delivery), we will assist you in obtaining replacement parts.
- It's helpful to snap pictures of any damaged parts and contact us promptly for a smoother resolution.
Returns & Exchanges:
- For information on returning or exchanging your shed, please refer to our dedicated Returns Policy
- To facilitate returns, we recommend keeping the original packaging for at least 7 days after delivery.
